Subject matter

These terms govern the free sales funnel audit offered on this site by Nezoraadvisory Serhii Nemno, a self-employed individual registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register, Company ID (IČO) 19725060, with registered office at Dlouhá 715, office 38, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. By submitting the form you agree to them.

The audit is free and creates no obligation to further cooperation on either side. The document we hand over stays yours regardless of whether anything comes of working together.

How services are provided

We get in touch within one working day of your submission. We deliver the document within 5 working days from the moment we have all the access we need — not from the moment you submit the form.

We take 8 audits a month. If the month is full we say so immediately and offer the nearest free slot.

The audit is made from the data in your advertising accounts, your CRM and from call recordings if you provide them. Without access the audit cannot be made.

Rights and obligations of the parties

You give us read-only access and are responsible for being entitled to do so. We use that access solely for the audit, and you can revoke it once the document is delivered.

We do not pass data from your accounts to third parties and do not use it for anything other than your audit.

We may decline or stop an audit if the data provided is incomplete, or if the field turns out to be one we do not understand well enough to be useful. In that case we say so straight away.

Payment

The audit is free of charge. We charge nothing for it and ask for no payment after delivery either.

Any further cooperation is governed by a separate contract and is not covered by these terms.

Liability

The audit is a professional opinion based on the data you provide. We do not warrant that implementing the proposed fixes will produce a particular business result — that depends on execution and on circumstances outside our control.

We are not liable for loss arising from having been given incomplete or incorrect data.

Intellectual property

The audit document is your property. You may hand it to anyone, including your current supplier, and use it without our consent.

The content of this site — texts, graphics, video — is our property and may not be used without our consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are settled by the competent court at the provider’s registered office.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the body for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page and the date of the last change is shown at the top.

For an audit already under way, the version in force at the time you submitted the form applies.
