What data we collect

Through the form on this site we receive your name, a phone number or messenger contact, and your company website address. The form collects nothing else — there are no other fields on the site.

The server running this site also keeps ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser type and request time. Such logs are created by every website and serve operation and security.

If you give us access to advertising accounts or a CRM during the audit, we work with the data inside your accounts. We take read-only access and only for the duration of the audit.

Legal basis for processing

We process form data on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent by ticking the box next to the form; without it the form cannot be submitted.

We process server technical logs on the basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the interest in operating and securing the site.

You can withdraw consent at any time at the address in the last section. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

Purposes of processing

We use form data for one purpose only: to prepare your sales funnel audit and to contact you about delivering it.

We do not use your data to send offers, do not pass it on for marketing purposes and do not sell it.

Retention periods

We keep the data for 24 months from our last contact with you. After that period we delete it. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete it within 30 days of withdrawal.

Transfers to third parties

The site is hosted with Namecheap, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 305, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. The provider is established outside the European Economic Area; the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

No separate service processes your submission: a script on the same hosting sends it by e-mail to our mailbox info@nezoraadvisory.com. The message is therefore handled only by the hosting and e-mail provider named above.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is therefore transferred to Google servers when the page loads. If you would rather it were not, the fonts can be moved to our own server — let us know.

We do not pass data to any other third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores no cookies in your browser. It uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage.

No analytics or advertising script runs here. The pages contain groundwork for measurement (a data layer), but it sends data nowhere until a specific tool is connected.

If we connect a measurement tool in future, we will extend this section and ask for your consent before measurement starts.

Data subject rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We handle requests within one month of receipt. Writing to the contact address below is enough; you do not need to give a reason.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
